In-stock items will be shipped within 2 weeks.  Jewelries that are customized or "made to order" require the lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks before the shipping.

Resize the ring after you get the item
For Global Shipping to overseas customers, We can't resize your ring after you get the item.

We will ship our products world-wide via DHL for prompt and secured delivery.  DHL will provide the tracking number and requires a direct signature for delivery.  

If you’re placing your order from the certain locations where our website indicates that the delivery is currently unavailable, please feel free to contact us for an alternate option.  For secured delivery, we will only offer traceable delivery methods.

You will be responsible for the duties and taxes which may be incurred depending on your location.  The fee may include customs clearance and brokerage, administration fees, sales tax, GST or VAT, duties, or levies imposed by Customs for importing goods into your country.  Please check in advance with your local DHL for details.

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order is delivered.  

- Please contact us within 14 days with the reason for returns, and we will provide the procedure for your returns.

- Items must be returned as original condition and undamaged.

- Any customized or “made to order” items can not be returned.

- Once your return has been received by us, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery and handling costs.

- Please note that we are unable to refund any customs duties and import taxes you may have incurred with your country’s authorities.

- To secure your returns, we strongly recommend using insured courier services such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
